Thursday 25 January at 20:00, in via De Martelli 22/R – Just a stone’s throw from the Duomo, a dinner entirely dedicated to one of the most loved dishes in the world: pizza! By declining it in a gourmet key, the menu plays with innovative doughs and greedy flavors, enhancing the versatility of a good pizza and combining it with the effervescence of Italian bubbles. It begins with the irresistible fried mountaineers, continue with a taste of author from the land to the sea, and then end with the sweetness of a newly baked balloon.
